- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service beyond its intended API and interface.
- Generate excessive requests that degrade the performance of the Service for other users.
3.2 Unauthorized and Illegal Activities
- Monitor websites without a legitimate interest or for purposes of harassment, stalking, or intimidation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or monitoring configurations.
- Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Monitor websites that contain illegal content.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
3.3 Commercial Misuse
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service to provide a competing monitoring service.
- Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Service for use outside the Service.
3.4 Technical Abuse
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any part thereof.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Fair Usage
Each subscription plan includes specific monitor limits and check frequency options. You are expected to use the Service within the limits of your subscribed plan. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily restrict access if usage patterns indicate abuse or significantly exceed normal usage for your plan tier.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate any reported or suspected violation and take appropriate action, including:
- Warning: A notification requesting you to cease the violating activity.
- Temporary Suspension: Restricting access to the Service while the violation is being investigated or resolved.
- Account Termination: Permanent removal of your account for serious or repeated violations.
We will attempt to notify you before taking enforcement action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
